Hi, I'm Joe Martin the Founder and CEO of Relentless Positivity Fitness.

I've spent more than two decades helping women become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

One thing I've learned is this:

Almost every woman who walks through our doors is nervous.

They worry they'll slow everyone down.

They think they're too out of shape.

They wonder if they'll fit in.

Within a few classes, those worries disappear.
